The company’s 2009 fiscal year ended on June 30. Farmers Branch-based Sport Supply Group (NASDAQ: RBI) expects end-of-the-year profits to fall in the 84- to 87-cent per share range for fiscal 2009 while sales are expected to fall somewhere around $250 million for the year. The company’s earnings-per-share are anticipated to beat Sport Supply Group’s 2008 earnings-per-share range which hovered at 76 cents per share. Looking ahead the company is already forecasting higher earnings for 2010 that will fall in the 89 to 97-cents per share range.
