But Band’s supervisors and co-workers complained to investigators that “Band was mixing his statistician activities with his official duties” and that he was “spending a considerable amount of time working on personal matters and conducting business for the Washington Redskins. Federal prosecutors declined to file charges against Band.

Worth Star-Telegram are extending their content sharing agreement to include local sports coverage effective Feb. The Morning News will provide stories and content about the Dallas Mavericks and the Dallas Stars to the Star-Telegram. In turn the Star-Telegram will provide Texas Rangers coverage to the Morning News.
