    The Grand Prix Commission will send a letter to the Australian "pointing out the failings of their officials that caused the controversy" the sport’s governing body FIM said overnight. The decision was reached at a special meeting of the commission here on Saturday ahead of the Japanese Grand Prix it said in a statement. The commission comprised of heads of organisations which hold rights in grand prix racing can make changes to the sport’s rules and regulations.
